    About me

    I received my Ph.D degree from School of Information Technologies, the University of Sydney in January 2009. I joined School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Sydney to undertake a post-doctoral research position in statistical bioinformatics and data analytics. From 2011 to 2013, I continued my research at Prince of Wales Clinical School at the University of New South Wales. I moved to Canberra and joined CSIRO Plant Industry in 2013, before I joined Murdoch University as a lecturer in biostatistics in 2015. My research interests are bioinformatics, data analytics, statistical genomics and proteomics, as well as the application of high performance computing in bioinformatics.
